Trying to be impressive, the friends tell Luisa they are headed on a road trip to a beautiful, secret beach called Boca del Cielo. Intrigued with their story and desperate to escape, Luisa asks if she can join them on their trip. Soon the three are headed out of Mexico City, making their way toward the fictional destination. Along the way, seduction, argument and the contrast of the trio against the harsh realities of the surrounding poverty ensue.

This is it. Finally we got ourselves a website. We'll be posting information related to our group here. We would like to take the opportunity to show our appreciation to the 2009-2010 Board, "The Founding Fathers": David Fleming, Rodrigo Salcedo, Claudia Rojas, Alonso Alfaro, Juan P. Fernandez, Juan L. Jara and Roberto Labrin for their awesome service last year. We will kick off this year's events with a Welcome BBQ for new Latin American Graduate Students. The BBQ will be held on September 4th at 12am at Sunset Park (please see the location below). Donations are $4 for active members (those that paid their membership prior to August) and $6 for non members. New graduate students have free admission! We will provide the meat and non-alcoholic beverages. However, other dishes are welcome (salads, desserts, etc.), and please remember that alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the park . Come with your family and friends and feel free to invite new graduate
