What we do
We are interested in organizing and hosting academic, cultural and social events, to share our culture with the Penn State community.
Asados and Potlucks
Traditional asados cannot be absent in any Latin American community and we stick to that. LAGRASA organizes around 2 or 3 asados or potlucks per semester.
Special Events
We also organize concerts, recitals and talks related to Latin America. The event in the picture, was Andrés Saborío's guitar recital on Spring 2010.

Nobody here do parties the way we do. Parties organized by LAGRASA have a good share of salsa, merengue, bachata, cumbia and alike. We have hosted parties jointly with other graduate student associations, like the EuroClub.
